4. I accept responsibility for the cost of delivering/shipping this
equipment to Fireside Fiberarts at 380 Dodds Road, Butler, PA 16002. Fireside
will provide packaging instructions.
5. Fireside Fiberarts will store, verify the condition and show the
equipment to prospective buyers. Used equipment will be advertised on our Web site. Magazine ads will also mention we're
handling used looms, and our other networks of connections will bring
additional prospective buyers.
6. When it arrives, you will be sent a confirmation receipt. We will call
you to discuss its condition and resale value, your asking price and a bottom
line. These are to be reviewed mutually every 90 days or in response to
prospective buyer's interest, until the equipment is sold.
7 Fireside Fiberarts will inspect and recondition your loom, detail the
finish, tighten the fasteners, remove corrosion, lubricate moving parts and
make minor repairs. An agreed upon fee (usually $300) depending on the size
and condition of your loom, will be deducted from the sales price. When we
are finished with your loom, it will be warranted with our 2-year guarantee
(the same as our new looms).
8. Fireside Fiberarts will add options or retrofit parts at the request
and expense of the buyer or seller, to make the loom more attractive in
today's market and to customize it to a particular buyer's needs.
9. Fireside Fiberarts will provide crating services at our shop for the
seller or buyer.
